Just some Jack I had lying around..................

Andrew is over for a few days to help me celebrate and he took me to lunch on a riverboat today. It goes down the river to the bay, makes a loop and comes back up the river.




About 2 1/2 hours all total. The food was so-so but we had a blast. They had live music today, but I think the band only knew about 6 songs. They played Free Bird over and over and now I can't get it out of my head.

Andrew doesn't know that our bro C bought him a boat for his birthday too. He is going to give it to him this weekend so he can get some use out of it this summer since Andrew's b'day isn't till August. By the way, I know my bro is super generous to buy us both boats, but so far we have spent over $2400 on a boat trailer, life jackets and assorted other accessories. This is an expensive hobby.

Hubby and I are still at odds over the name. I want Norrington or Gillington but he wants to make up a word using both our names. He wants to know what Gillington means, but if I tell him, I know he won't want me to name it that.

Morning sickness (or in my case all day sickness) seems to be over and I'm feeling less tired.

I went to the doctor yesterday because I've been so sick and have lost so much weight. She put me right in the hospital. Can I tell you that checking into the hospital alone is very scary.

I was very dehydrated and my blood pressure was extremely high and my electrolytes (what ever they are) were all over the place. I called hubby but he couldn't get there for over 2 hours so I sat there alone waiting to find out if the baby and I were alright. We are, but they are very concerned about my blood pressure. They pumped me full of fluids (intravenous and though my mouth).

I don't understand why I have such a hard time being pregnant. I want my mom.

I'm on my way to the doctor's but I thought I would post these. They came yesterday. Nothing earth shattering, but I do have more magazines coming.

HERE'S A COUPLE SCREENCAPS I MADE OF MILES.

We are home from my bro C's summer house and you are not going to believe this but.........he bought hubby and me a boat for our birthdays. Hubby's b'day was June 30th and mine is in a few weeks. It's a Sunfish, a little sailboat that holds 2 people. Here's a pic from the Sunfish website. Ours is blue and white with a white sail with a blue and green stripe. The top picture shows a boat like ours.

I was in no shape to go out on it, but hubby and my nephew broke it in in the bay. Now hubby wants us to take sailing lessons. I'm thinking of naming it the "Norrington", or maybe "Gillington".



I was sick all weekend and I think I need to go back to the doctor cause I lost more weight.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY AMERICA !!!!!!

I know alot of us yankees were ashamed of the good old USA for awhile there when we had that dickhead for president, but things are looking up for us now.
